| Welcome to Mace Housing Co-operative. Mace provides shared accommodation to single homeless people. We sometimes provide one-bedroom flats to members who have been living in Mace properties for more than two years depending on availability. We manage properties in Barnet, Hackney, Haringey, Islington & Tower Hamlet. The properties belong to a variety of landlords, some on permanent leases, but most for short periods of time. The landlords include Housing Associations, Local Authorities and Private Landlords. Mace houses about two hundred and fifty tenants, mostly single people sharing houses. Our tenants are on low incomes; otherwise we do not represent any particular group. However our properties have not been adapted for persons living with physical disability. |
