Paying Your Rent
We aim to streamline rent payments. Rent should be paid in advance, matching your chosen payment frequency (weekly, four-weekly, or monthly), even if you receive housing assistance. If you face challenges, please contact us to arrange a payment plan.
Repairs & Maintenance
Mace Housing is committed to keeping all the homes it manages in excellent condition. We do this by managing a central repairs and maintenance service for all our members.
Your Tenancy
Your tenancy agreement is the legally binding contract which you must keep to. It is important that you keep your copy of the agreement safe as you will need to refer to it if you have any doubts about your rights or responsibilities.
